Reports

Use Reports to find and download operational files such as settlement reports, reconciliation exports, and provider files. Reports support finance and operations workflows, including month-end closing, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.

Reports are different from official financial documents. They are used for analysis, validation, and operational workflows, and may change when regenerated or produced again from updated source data.

Open Reports

Open Documents from the side menu, then select the Reports tab.

This tab is separate from Financial Documents so you can distinguish operational files from official, finalized financial documents such as invoices, credit notes, and finalized settlement documents.

Find a report

Use filters and search to locate the report you need.

You can filter reports by available fields such as report type, date range, provider, entity, and status. Use search when you know the report name or part of the file name.

The available reports depend on the selected entity and your access rights.

Download a report

You can download a report when it is available.

Reports can be used for analysis, validation, reconciliation, month-end closing, and operational investigations.

Understand report sources

Reports can come from different sources.

For example, a settlement report may be generated from payment or settlement data. A provider file may come from a payment provider and be used to investigate differences between provider data and Dinape data.

Where available, report details help identify the source, related entity, date range, file type, and status.

Use reports for reconciliation

Reports can help finance and operations teams compare transaction data, provider data, and settlement information.

For reconciliation workflows, use reports together with the reconciliation pages in Dinape.

Future report features

Dinape may support additional report features in future versions, such as on-demand generation, saved templates, scheduled reports, and detailed audit views.

These features are not required to download available reports.
