Financial Documents

Use Financial Documents to find, download, and share official financial files, such as invoices, credit notes, and finalized settlement documents where they are provided as official records.

Financial documents are finalized files. They may be generated outside Dinape and made available in the portal. They represent the source of record for finance and accounting processes.

Open Financial Documents

Open Documents from the side menu, then select the Financial Documents tab.

This tab is separate from Reports so you can distinguish official financial documents from operational or analytical files.

Find a financial document

Use filters and search to locate the document you need.

You can:

  • select a date range
  • add filters
  • search for a document
  • adjust the visible table columns

The available documents depend on the selected entity and your access rights.

Customize table columns

Use Table settings to choose which columns appear in the financial documents table.

You can show, hide, and reorder columns based on the information you need.

Available columns include:

  • Document number
  • Type
  • External Merchant ID
  • Country
  • Applies to document No.
  • Date
  • Period
  • Amount
  • Currency

Download documents

You can download individual documents or use Download all to export multiple documents at once. If supported for your account, documents can also be sent by email directly from the table.

Financial documents are official records. They cannot be changed or regenerated from this tab.

Send documents by email

Use Send via email to send selected financial documents to recipients by email.

This is useful when documents need to be shared with finance teams, accounting contacts, or other authorized recipients.

Review document details

Open a document to review its metadata and document details.

Document details can include information such as document number, document type, source, entity, date, period, amount, currency, and download status.

Access and auditability

Access to financial documents is controlled by user roles and permissions.

Downloads, email delivery, and other document lifecycle events can be logged for audit purposes, including the event type, user, and timestamp.

Use operational reports

Use Reports for settlement reports, reconciliation exports, provider files, and other operational files.
